Senior Chinese Diplomat in the WHO Gives a talk at SAIAS

On December 28, 2015, Song Yunfu, former director of external affairs in the Ministry of Public Health and senior diplomat in the World Health Organization, visited SAIAS and gave a talk entitled “How to Be an International Civil Servant: My Experiences of Working in Intergovernmental Organizations.” Lu Jing, deputy party secretary and vice-director of SAIAS, chaired the talk.
