The 4th Sino-Russian summer workshop held in Moscow

    On July 2-10, 2014, the 4th Sino-Russian summer workshop, jointly sponsored by East China Normal University and Russia’s High School of Economics, was held in Moscow. Led by SAIAS faculty Yang Cheng, Zhang Xin, and Li Wei, 13 graduate students from SAIAS traveled to Moscow and joined over 20 Russian teachers and students in a 9-day program of intensive academic and interpersonal exchanges. Together with Russian scholars led by Professor T. Bordachev, SAIAS faculty Yang, Zhang, and Li offered fascinating classes for the workshop, which elicited enthusiastic responses from Chinese and Russian students.
